Consultation requests are made via a smartphone application. You may request a consultation for yourself or a third party.
The specialist doctor, with state-of-the-art equipment, transports on an electric bike to the requested address. This enables the performance of a wide range of exams, in order to make an immediate and reliable diagnosis.
Medical care is covered by basic health insurance. At the end of the consultation, a detailed report is sent to the family doctor, and the invoice is sent to the insurance company. The doctor provides medication for 24 hours.

Docadom is an at-home urgent medical consultation service. One of our team of qualified doctors comes to your home to provide urgent medical care, removing the need for you to travel to an urgent care clinic.
You can request a consultation via our mobile app, by telephone or using the chatbot on our website. All we need is a Swiss insurance card. If you do not have one of these, you will be asked to provide credit card details. A doctor will come to your home as soon as possible.
Our aim is to arrive as quickly as possible. Specific the exact response time may vary depending on the time of day and doctor availability.
